League Two side Leyton Orient produced the biggest aggregate win of the 1st Round 6-1 at home to Isthmian League Premier side Staines Town
Shrewsbury Town won 1-0 at National League North side Gainsborough Trinity to finally beat their Lincolnshire opponents in the FA Cup after two historical defeats
Yeovil Town overcame being reduced to 9 men to win 1-0 at Maidstone United from National League South
National League side Braintree Town have another chance to make it to the 2nd Round for the first time in their history after drawing 1-1 at home to League Two Oxford United. Braintree will have to console themselves with equalling their best ever Cup run as Oxford win 3-1 in the replay.
